Find out what a client sees when they open their private link, so you can answer their questions.

- Access: the client opens their private link. They do not create an account or sign in.
- Top of the page: your logo, business name and tagline, plus your phone, email and website if you show contact details, then a greeting with their name.
- Documents button: it only appears when you have shared a file. See the documents a client can open.
- Your client message, if it is turned on.
- A welcome card: it shows until the client has submitted or completed a task, and it stays while a file is set to show during onboarding.
- A progress bar of completed tasks, and a line that says how many tasks need attention or that they are all caught up.
- Tasks in groups: Overdue, Due Soon, Later and, collapsed, Completed. Each row shows the title, what the client needs to do next and the due date.
- Tag filters appear above the groups once the client has several open tasks with different tags.
Good to know
- Draft and cancelled tasks do not appear, so a draft stays hidden until you send it.
- Colours and the logo come from your branding settings.
- If a client says their link does not work, see what they see when their link stops working.
