Show your contact details on the client portal
Admins only
Let clients see your email, phone number and website at the top of their portal.
Where:SidebarSettingsGeneral
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select General.
- Enter a Phone number and a Website. Leave either blank if you do not want it shown.
- Turn on Show contact details on client portal.
- Select Save changes. Hydi shows Settings saved.
Good to know
- Clients also see your Contact email, which Hydi always requires.
- Clients see these details on their portal only, not in emails.
- To hide them again, turn the switch off and save, which keeps your details.
