What your clients see
See what a client receives when you invite them
Admins & staff
See the invitation email or text a client gets, so you know what to tell them to expect.
Where:SidebarClientsInvite
- Email: it shows your logo, business name and brand colour, says your business has invited them to get started, and has a Get Started button. It also says the invitation expires.
- Email sender: the sender name is Hydi, not your business name. Replies go to your business contact email.
- Text message: it names your business and has a short link.
- Which one they get: if you enter only an email or only a phone number, they get that one. If you enter both, Hydi follows the Notification method in your SMS settings.
- Where the link goes: the page a client uses to join.
- Tasks: if you chose a template, the client gets its tasks when they accept, unless the template has since been archived or deleted, or your plan's limit on active clients would be exceeded. Hydi sends no separate message about them, and they see the tasks when they land on their portal.
Good to know
- Resending from the invitation list creates a new link, so the earlier one stops working.
- Hydi sends you a notification when the client accepts.
