- Tasks assigned: sent when tasks go live through Send Now or a template assignment. The email lists the tasks with due dates and has a Get Started button. The text gives the task count and a link. A confirmed bulk assignment sends the email only.
- Reminders: sent on your schedule and when you use Nudge. The email lists the open tasks, marks overdue ones and has a View Your Tasks button, or Sign Now if a task needs a signature. The text gives the count and a link.
- Submission received: an email, sent when the client selects Submit for Review and has an email address and has not unsubscribed. There is no text, and signing a task does not send it.
- Approved: an email and a text, sent when you approve a submission.
- Changes needed: an email with your reason and an Update Your Submission button, and a text with a link, sent when you send a task back.
- Look: every email shows your logo, business name and brand colour, and ends with a Powered by Hydi line. Replies go to your business contact email.
Good to know
- Reminders follow the client's reminder method, and new tasks, approvals and changes needed follow their notification method.
- If a client has no usable email or phone number, or SMS is not available, Hydi uses the other channel where it can.
- Hydi sends nothing when a client completes a task that needs no review, or when you activate a draft without using Nudge.
