Find out why a client's portal link shows an error, and how to get them back in.

- What they see: a Link not valid page that says the link is invalid or has expired. It shows no other detail.
- Wrong link: a link that is cut off or mistyped shows the same page.
- Regenerated link: when you regenerate the portal link, every earlier link stops working. This includes links in old emails and texts.
- Archived client: an archived client cannot open their portal.
- Other errors: a temporary problem shows Something went wrong instead.
- Getting them back in: copy the current link from Client Portal Link and send it to them yourself, or unarchive the client.
Good to know
- Hydi does not send a regenerated link to the client for you.
- Reminders after a regenerate use the new link, but a text sent earlier still points to the old one.
- Invitation links are separate, and a cancelled or expired invitation shows its own message.
