See what a client sees when you ask for changes

See how Hydi tells a client a task needs changes and what they can do about it.
Where:SidebarTasksTask name
- Message: the client gets an email with your reason in a highlighted box and an Update Your Submission button. They also get a text with a link, but without your reason.
- Portal: the task shows Needs Changes and Changes requested, with your reason in a Changes requested box on the task.
- What they can do: they can upload or remove files, change checklist ticks and submit again with the same button as before.
- Form: it reopens as a draft with their answers kept. The button changes to Update Your Answers.
- Signature: earlier signatures no longer count, so they have to sign again.
- History: Changes requested appears with your reason.
- Reminders: they carry on for the task until the client submits again.
Good to know
- The client sees your reason exactly as you wrote it.
- Which channels they get depends on their notification method.
