See what a client sees on a task
Admins & staff
See what a client finds when they open one of their tasks, so you know what they are looking at.
Where:SidebarTasksTask name
- Top: the task title, a status badge (Active, Submitted, Needs Changes or Completed), an Overdue badge when it is past due, and your tags.
- Due: the date and time in your business timezone.
- Description and Links: what you wrote in the task and any links you added.
- Documents: library files you attached, which the client can open.
- Files: an upload area, when you asked for uploads. See how a client uploads files.
- Form to fill in: a card, when you attached a form. See how a client fills in a form.
- Checklist: your items with a count of how many are ticked. They tick items as they go, and Hydi saves each tick as they make it.
- History: a collapsed list of when they submitted, when you approved or sent it back, and when it was completed.
- Bottom: the button to finish the task, or the signing section for a task that needs a signature.
Good to know
- Checklist items lock once the task is Submitted or Completed.
- History shows your reason for changes but never staff names, reminders or other internal events.
- A Submitted task shows the date it was submitted, and a Completed task shows the date it was completed.
