Set reminder defaults
Admins only
Choose how often Hydi reminds clients about tasks with no due date, and how many reminders each task gets.
Where:SidebarSettingsReminders
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select Reminders.
- In Default interval (days), enter the number of days Hydi waits between reminders.
- In Max reminders per task, enter the most reminders Hydi sends for one task.
- Select Save changes.
Good to know
- The default interval only applies to tasks with no due date, because tasks with a due date follow Reminder intensity instead.
- When a task reaches the maximum, Hydi stops reminding the client about it and notifies you.
- Reminders you send yourself with Nudge do not count towards the maximum.
