Turn on auto-recharge

Admins only

Let Hydi top up your SMS credits automatically when your balance runs low.

Where:SidebarSettingsSMSAuto-Recharge

Select Settings in the sidebar, then select SMS.
Under Auto-Recharge, turn on Enable auto-recharge.
In Recharge when balance falls below, enter the credit balance that should trigger a top-up.
In Package to auto-buy, choose a package.
Select Save Settings.

Good to know

Hydi charges the payment method saved when you bought credits, so buy credits once first.
If you do not choose a package, Hydi has nothing to buy and does not top up.
If a charge fails, Hydi turns auto-recharge off and notifies you.

Buy SMS creditsTop up your SMS credit balance so Hydi can keep texting your clients.
Check your SMS creditsSee how many SMS credits you have left and how many Hydi has used this month.

Choose the default reminder method

Set whether Hydi contacts your clients by email, SMS or both, unless you override it for a client.

Send a test SMS

Send a text to your own phone to check that SMS is working for your business.
