Buy SMS credits
Admins only
Top up your SMS credit balance so Hydi can keep texting your clients.
Where:SidebarSettingsSMSPurchase Credits
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select SMS.
- Find Purchase Credits and look at the packages. Each one shows its credits and its price on the button.
- Select the button on the package you want.
- Pay on the secure payment page that opens.
- When you return to the SMS page, Hydi confirms the purchase. Check Credits remaining under Credit Balance.
Good to know
- If you leave the payment page without paying, you return with Purchase cancelled and nothing is bought.
- The balance updates once Hydi receives the payment confirmation, so refresh the page if it has not changed yet.
- When credits run out, Hydi sends reminders by email only until you buy more.
