Subscribe to a plan
Admins only
Choose a plan, pay on the secure payment page and start your subscription.
Where:SidebarSettingsGeneralBilling & Subscription
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select General.
- In Billing & Subscription, select Subscribe.
- Select Monthly or Annual.
- Find the plan you want and select Subscribe on its card.
- Enter your payment details on the secure payment page and confirm.
- Hydi returns you to the Choose Your Plan page and activates your plan.
Good to know
- Staff members cannot open Settings, but they can select Subscribe in the trial banner near the end of a trial.
- If you leave the payment page without paying, Hydi shows Checkout cancelled and changes nothing on your account.
- Hydi shows Your subscription is being activated until your plan updates, then confirms it is active.
