Check your plan and billing status
Admins only
See which plan you are on, whether it is active and which billing buttons you can use.
Where:SidebarSettingsGeneralBilling & Subscription
- The plan name shows Free Trial, Solo, Growth, Enterprise, Scale, Complimentary or Suspended.
- The badge beside it shows Trial, Active, Complimentary or Suspended.
- On a paid plan, a line under the name shows Billed monthly or Billed annual.
- On a trial or suspended account, the only button is Subscribe.
- On a paid plan, Manage Billing opens your secure billing page.
- On a complimentary plan, Manage Billing is turned off, and Hydi makes any changes to the plan.
Good to know
- Only admins can open Settings, so staff members do not see this card.
