Cancel your subscription
Admins only
Stop your paid plan from the billing page and know what happens to your account.
Where:SidebarSettingsGeneralBilling & Subscription
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select General.
- In Billing & Subscription, select Manage Billing. Hydi opens your secure billing page.
- On the billing page, choose the option to cancel your subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Use the link on the billing page to return to Hydi.
Good to know
- When your subscription ends, Hydi suspends your account and sends you a notification.
- A suspended account is read-only, so you can still view your data but cannot add or change most things.
- To start again, select Subscribe in Billing & Subscription and choose a plan.
