See which features come with every plan, which need Growth or above and how limits work.

- Hydi has four plans: Solo, Growth, Enterprise and Scale. New accounts start on a free trial.
- Every plan includes clients, tasks, task templates, reminders, the client portal, the File Library and file uploads from clients.
- More than one staff member: Growth and above.
- The Form Library: Growth and above.
- Each plan sets a limit on active clients and on staff seats. The Choose Your Plan page lists them.
- A client counts as active when they are not archived and have a task that is Active, Submitted or Needs changes. Drafts and sample data do not count.
- Texting clients is not tied to a plan. You turn on SMS and buy credits separately.
- During the free trial you have every feature and no limits.
- A complimentary plan has the same features as Enterprise.
- Hydi can change the limits and features for a single business, so yours may differ from this list.
Good to know
- Staff members cannot open Settings, but the Subscribe button in the trial banner opens the same page.
