Check whether your plan lets you add staff
Admins only
Find out if your plan includes more than one staff member, and whether you have a seat free.
Where:SidebarSettingsStaff
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select Staff.
- Look at the top of the page.
- If Invite Staff is available, your plan includes more than one staff member.
- If a banner says Multi-staff is available on Growth and above, your plan has a single staff seat. The banner has an Upgrade button.
- If a banner says Staff seat limit reached, every seat is in use. Remove a staff member, or select Upgrade for more seats.
Good to know
- Removed staff do not use a seat, but refresh the page after removing someone before you invite a replacement.
- Invite Staff and Add Manually are switched off while every seat is in use.
- Once your business has more than one staff member, you can choose who is responsible for each client.
