Unpublish a form

Move a published form back to draft so it no longer appears when you attach a form to a task.

Where:SidebarForm Library

  1. Select Form Library in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Published tab, which shows a count after its name.
  3. Select Unpublish beside the form.
  4. In Unpublish Form?, select Unpublish.
Good to know
  • Tasks that already have the form keep working with the version they were given.
  • The form goes to the Draft tab, and you can publish it again at any time.
  • A task template that already includes the form keeps adding it to new tasks, so edit the template to remove it.
