Import a form

Admins onlyGrowth and above

Add a form to your Form Library from a file or text you exported from Hydi.

Where:SidebarForm Library

  1. Select Form Library in the sidebar, then select Import.
  2. Choose a file under JSON File, or select Paste from Clipboard. You can also paste into the Paste JSON box.
  3. Wait for Ready to import.
  4. Select Import Form.
Good to know
  • The form arrives as a draft, so publish it before you attach it to a task.
  • Only a form exported from Hydi works, and Import needs attention lists what is wrong if one does not.
  • Hydi limits how many forms a business can have, and it refuses to import once you reach that limit.
