Preview a form

Admins onlyGrowth and above

Check how your form looks and reads before you publish it.

Where:SidebarForm Library

Select Form Library in the sidebar, then select Create Form or Edit on a form.
Select Preview above the form.
Read through the form. If it has several pages, select Get started, then use Next and Previous or the steps along the top.
Select Edit to go back to building.

Good to know

You can type into the preview to test it, but nothing you enter is saved.
The preview shows unsaved changes to pages, sections and fields, but not to the Form Name or Description, and nothing is kept unless you save.

Set default answers

Fill in a field's answer ahead of time so your client only changes it if it is wrong.

Pre-fill a form's answers

Enter the answers you already know so your client only has to check them and fill in the rest.
