Delete a form

Admins onlyGrowth and above

Remove a form you never used from your Form Library for good.

Where:SidebarForm Library

  1. Select Form Library in the sidebar.
  2. Select the tab for the form's status, then find the form.
  3. Select Delete (the bin icon) beside the form.
  4. In Delete Form?, select Delete.
Good to know
  • Deleting cannot be undone.
  • Hydi refuses to delete a form that is attached to a task or a task template, so archive it instead.
  • The form's row shows how many times it has been used.
