Understand the notices on your dashboard

See what the banners at the top of the Dashboard mean and what to do about each.
Where:SidebarDashboard
- Email not verified: Hydi sends no reminders to your clients until your business email is verified. Select Verify now.
- SMS credits depleted: your SMS credits have run out, so reminders go by email only. Admins select Buy Credits, and other staff ask an admin.
- SMS credits running low: your balance is nearly used up. Admins select Buy Credits, and other staff ask an admin.
- You're viewing sample data alongside your real data.: the sample clients, tasks and templates from setup are still there. Select Clear sample data to remove them.
Good to know
- The SMS notices show only when SMS is turned on and your business pays for texts.
- Only admins can clear sample data, and the same button is under Settings in General.
- Each notice goes away once the problem is fixed.
