Choose how you receive notifications

Admins only

Save your mobile number and choose email, text message or both for your own staff notifications.

Where:SidebarSettingsNotifications

Select Settings in the sidebar, then select Notifications.
Under Your notification delivery, enter your mobile number in Phone number if you want texts.
Choose Email Only, SMS Only or Both in Notification method.
Select Save My Preferences.

Good to know

Texts need a saved number, SMS turned on for your business and credits available.
With SMS Only Hydi sends no email, so you get nothing outside Hydi when a text cannot be sent, whatever the screen says about falling back to email.
If you see Failed to save preferences, check that your phone number is valid.

Turn on SMSSwitch on text message reminders for your business, and try a sample message first.
Check your SMS creditsSee how many SMS credits you have left and how many Hydi has used this month.

Set when overdue notifications are sent

Choose how many days late a task must be before Hydi tells you it is overdue.
