Know what each notification means
Admins & staff
See what triggers each kind of notification and what to do about it.

- Task completed: a client finished a task that needed no review, or a staff member approved a submission.
- Task submitted: a client submitted a task for review, or a staff member sent a task back for changes.
- Task overdue: a task is late by more than your overdue threshold.
- Reminder cap reached: Hydi has reached the limit on automatic reminders for a task and will schedule no more.
- Awaiting review: a submitted task has waited longer than your review time limit.
- Files uploaded: a client uploaded files for a task.
- Invitation accepted: a client accepted your invitation and is now onboarded.
- SMS credits: your balance is running low or has run out, or an auto-recharge worked or failed.
- Billing and trial updates, such as a failed payment or a trial about to end, show with a plain bell icon.
Good to know
- Only notifications about a task open that task when you select them.
- When an auto-recharge fails, Hydi turns auto-recharge off until you turn it back on.
