Add a button to your client message
Admins only
Add a button to your portal message that sends clients to a web page you choose.
Where:SidebarSettingsBrandingClient Portal Message
- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select Branding.
- Under Client Portal Message, enter the full web address in CTA URL, including the https:// at the start.
- In CTA Button Text, enter the words for the button. This box appears once you enter a web address.
- Select Save message. Hydi shows Portal message saved.
Good to know
- Hydi refuses to save a web address without button text, or a web address it cannot read.
- Clients see the button only when both the web address and the button text are filled in, and it opens the page in a new tab.
- Clients see the message only when it is turned on and has a Title, as set up in Show a message on your client portal.
