Hide or clear your client message

Admins only

Stop showing your portal message, either keeping its text for later or deleting it.

Where:SidebarSettingsBrandingClient Portal Message

Select Settings in the sidebar, then select Branding.
Under Client Portal Message, choose what to do.
- To keep the text for later, turn off Enable message and select Save message.
- To delete it, select Clear, then select Clear Message in the Clear Portal Message? window. Hydi shows Portal message cleared.

Good to know

Clearing removes the title, content and button, and puts the type and style back to Info and Default.
Clear shows only while the message has a title, content or web address.
Clients stop seeing the message the next time they open their portal.
