Choose the look of your client message
Admins only
Pick the type and size of the message clients see on their portal.

- Select Settings in the sidebar, then select Branding.
- Under Client Portal Message, choose Info, Alert or Promo in Type.
- Choose Compact, Default or Banner in Style.
- Select Save message. Hydi shows Portal message saved.
Good to know
- Type sets the icon and colour (Info is blue, Alert is amber, Promo is purple), and Compact is the smallest style while Banner is the largest.
- Once you enter a Title, a Preview under the form shows the message as clients will see it.
- Clients see the message only when it is turned on and has a Title, as set up in Show a message on your client portal.
