Read the staff list
Admins only
See who is on your team, who has not accepted yet, and what each badge means.
Where:SidebarSettingsStaff
- Name and email: each staff member's name, with their email address underneath.
- Owner: the person who created the business. Their level cannot be changed and they cannot be removed.
- You: your own row. You cannot change your own level or remove yourself.
- Invited: the invitation has not been accepted yet.
- Staff or Admin: the access level. On every other row, you can change it from this list.
- Three dots: the actions for that staff member, such as Re-send invite, Manually Set Password and Remove staff member.
- Search staff: enter a name or email to narrow the list.
Good to know
- Staff you have removed do not appear in the list.
- A staff member added with a password has no Invited badge, because they are active straight away.
