Where:SidebarTasks
- Start a task as described in Assign a task, or open an existing task and select Edit.
- Select the Advanced tab. In the wizard, Attach Documents from File Library is in the Advanced column of the Task Details step.
- Under Attach Documents from File Library, select Attach documents.
- Select each file you want to attach, then select Done.
- Select Create Task, then choose Send Now in Task Created to give it to the client, or select Save Changes. In the wizard, select Continue and finish the remaining steps.
Good to know
- The client opens the files under Documents on the task, above where they sign if the task needs a signature.
- If the list says No files in your library., an admin needs to add a file first.
- To take a file off a task, select the cross next to its name and save, but the last attached file cannot be removed this way.
